FloFactor Design Partner Program
Apply the Product Judgment Layer to real product work.
FloFactor is working directly with a small number of product and engineering teams using their actual product context, actual product materials, and actual product-development questions.
Together, we apply the FloFactor approach to real product work while validating and shaping a new path from fragmented product evidence to trusted product judgment and structured implementation intent. This is not a conventional beta program.
Bring the product reality you already have.
You do not need to create a special FloFactor knowledge base or clean everything first.
- Company/product website
- Product documentation
- Strategy documents
- Requirements
- Roadmaps
- Research
- Customer feedback
- Meeting notes
- Technical documentation
- Existing specifications
- Existing product work
- Other representative product material
Messy material is expected.
A representative set of real product material is more useful than a corpus prepared specifically for FloFactor.
How a Design Partner engagement works.
- 01
Establish data boundaries
NDA/confidentiality and permitted materials are established before proprietary information is shared.
- 02
Provide initial materials
Website plus representative product materials. Messy material is expected.
- 03
Build Product Context
FloFactor develops a structured understanding of the product while preserving critical evidence distinctions.
- 04
Review Product Context together
The partner identifies what is correct, incorrect, missing, outdated, contradictory, or uncertain.
- 05
Run Discovery
FloFactor surfaces grounded observations, unknowns, hypotheses, contradictions, validation needs, questions, and potential opportunities.
- 06
Evaluate the judgment
Together we assess whether the output is accurate, grounded, useful, specific, decision-changing, and capable of preventing weak work.
- 07
Carry accepted work forward where appropriate
Relevant engagements may exercise product specification, technical analysis, technical specification, implementation planning, or downstream handoff.
- 08
Learn from the engagement
Capture product gaps, workflow friction, UI requirements, automation opportunities, integration needs, and authority boundaries for the eventual commercial experience.
An intentionally hands-on program.
During the initial Design Partner phase, the FloFactor team operates the underlying workflow with you.
You are not being asked to learn an unfinished SaaS interface.
This lets us focus first on the questions that matter: Does FloFactor understand the product accurately? Does it preserve evidence and uncertainty? Does it produce useful Discovery? Does it improve product judgment? Does accepted intent remain useful as work moves toward implementation?
The experience of running these engagements will determine what the professional UI, API, automation, and integrations should eventually become.
Prove the product before packaging the product.
What partners may receive.
Depending on the engagement, Design Partners may receive structured Product Context, explicit unknowns and contradictions, Discovery findings, validation needs, product opportunities worth investigating, collaborative review of FloFactor’s reasoning, governed evaluation of potential product work, structured downstream product artifacts where relevant stages are exercised, and direct involvement in shaping the eventual FloFactor product experience.
Not every artifact is promised to every Design Partner. Downstream stages are exercised where relevant.
What we need from you.
- 01Your product website
- 02A representative set of real product materials
- 03One or two people who understand the product well
- 04Time to review FloFactor’s understanding and findings
- 05Direct feedback about what is useful, wrong, missing, or unnecessary
We do not need your entire company knowledge base to begin.
What we are trying to prove.
Can FloFactor take a real company’s existing product reality and:
- Understand it accurately
- Preserve where that understanding came from
- Distinguish evidence from inference
- Keep consequential uncertainty visible
- Perform useful Discovery
- Improve product judgment
- Prevent weak work from progressing
- Preserve accepted intent as work moves toward implementation
If this works repeatedly with real teams, we can build the commercial product around a workflow whose value has already been demonstrated.
Application
Apply to become a Design Partner.
Tell us about the product and where judgment currently slows down. This form begins the relationship. Please do not submit confidential product materials through this form. Confidential material is exchanged only after data boundaries are established.
